Department of junk mail
When your alma mater university sends you a fundraising letter, shouldn't it try to use proper grammar? And not, say, employ "impact" as a verb?
Jeez.
(Yes, I know that is a usage nit. There were grammatical faults too.)

C'mon, the fundraisers are not the public face of the university. Reginald and I, for instance, spent a summer working for Yale tele-harrassing alumni for donations.
Though I rather like the idea of Reginald as Yale's public face. I think that that summer he wore every single pair of leggings just below his pubic line. And I got all my clothes at the dollar-a-pound place in Inwood.
