Look forward to more probing articles in the New York Times comparing and contrasting ID and evolution.
Is this partially due to the failure of journalism schools, which teach their not very bright students to always provide "two sides to every story," so that any crackpot who disagrees with overwhelming scientific consensus is given equal space "in the interest of fairness"?
I did like this bit from the judge's ruling:
It confuses the scientific and colloquial meanings of "theory"
This is a nice, philosophical analysis. One of a liar's favorite rhetorical tricks is to conveniently misuse ambiguous terms.
