Yes, those appear to be the endangered black-footed ferret (extremely cute). "Weasel" can be a generic term for all members of the Mustelid family, however, which means it's not technically incorrect.
Ironically, ferrets are intelligent, playful, and good with humans. Walruses, on the other hand, are cantankerous, ungainly, mean, aggressively hierarchical sons of bitches who sometimes accidentally trample their own calves to death.
